The Raimondi
Push Cutter Series of Manual
Tile Cutters feature a ruggedly lightweight
construction that optimizes both pricision
and efficiency on the jobsite. Constructed
of cast aluminum, nickel-plated steel,
and chromium-plated steel, Raimondi cutters
balance both the need for strength and
lightweight transportability. Four anti-slip
rubber feet made of natural rubber guarntee
the stabilty of the cutter during operation.
One of the most important features is
that the spine of of the tile cutter is
made of heat-treated steel. This feature
not only adds strength to the body of
the machine but also extends the life
of the cutter by preventing the aluminum
casting from wearing away when the tiles
are "bent" over the spine to
split them.
KEY BENEFITS:
- Arm movement is natural and ergonomic.
- This natural arm movement is linear
and fluid, taking advantage of the levers
composed by the incision handle in the
most effient method. Allowing tile setters
to easily manage the incision power
which is etremely useful for tiles with
non-regular or very strong surfaces.
- The handle is immediately ready to
split the tile at the end of the cut,
no re-positioning of the handle is necessary.
- The incision handle allows the cutting
of different width tiles without the
need to regulate the height of the scroll
bar
- When cutting delicate tiles, the handle
features an adjustment screw to regulate
the pressure applied to the tile width, avioding damage to the tile. This is
especially useful when making diagonal
cuts with delicate tile.
