The Raimondi Tools USA Power Grouting System is made up of 4 major components, the Jobsite Power Mixer, the Maxititina Multi-Functional Floor Machine, the Ultralite Sponge Machine, and the WashMaster Grout Station. With all of these components used together you can grout up to 1000 Sq. Ft. in only one hour! Not only will you be able to grout faster, but you can operate all of these products while standing, thus reducing your fatigue on the jobsite.

 

  
 

1.) Jobsite Power Mixer "Iperbet"
- Mix while getting other tasks done

This low RPM mixer is ideal for mixing your grout, thin set, or mud bed mix at the proper speed, with the blade folding the mixture instead of whipping,
preventing air pockets from entering into the mixture. The unique fixed blade design mixes by rotating the bucket rather than the paddles, allowing you to safely adjust the mix without stopping the mixer. The motor is located beneath the metal shroud, ensuring the unit is balanced at all times and prevents contact with the motor or gears.

This multi-functional floor machine with its numerous attachments can tackle most any job. Whether its ripping up old thinset, leveling out high spots on concrete, removing carpet glue, or power grouting fresh grout on new floors, you are sure to find a use for this quality machine. 3.) Ultralite Sponge Machine "Berta Advanced"
- Clean up to 1500 s.f. of grout in one hour
- Reduces amount of water needed on the jobsite
- Helps provide consistent coloration
 
The BERTA ADVANCED works great for cleaning all grouts from tile and stone surfaces (sanded, un-sanded and epoxy based grout). Great for medium to large areas. Clean 800 to 1500 sq. feet per hour. This machine leaves all the joints evenly full and cleans the surface with one pass. With this machine you will use 1/3 less water on the jobsite, saving you trip after trip for fresh water, leaving more time for production. The BERTA ADVANCED is built with the highest quality materials available.
   
4.) WashMaster Grout Station "Pedalo"

Our sponges last approximately 5,000 square feet, no adhesives necessary and are easily replaced when worn.
